Job summary

Errigal is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead mission-critical data centre projects across Europe from award through handover. You will oversee all commercial, contractual, operational, programme, safety, and quality aspects to deliver safely, on time and within budget in accordance with client specifications.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary project teams, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with supply chain partners, and driving operational excellence while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large-scale mission-critical or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of data centre projects from pre-construction through commissioning and final handover.
• Manage Project Managers, Site Managers, Construction Managers, and associated project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions where required.
• Lead regular project review meetings and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
