AutoStore AS is seeking a Change & Communications Manager (part-time, 25 hours/week) to guide organizational change and keep employees informed and engaged through strategic internal communications and engagement journeys. The role supports the HR transformation program and builds change capability, shaping leadership narratives and ensuring adoption across the company.
