AutoStore is seeking a part-time Change & Communications Manager to guide organization-wide change through strategic internal communications and engagement journeys. You will develop playbooks, coordinate town halls, manage channels, and support the HR transformation in a global, Norway-based context.

You will work independently, coordinating with leaders and stakeholders across locations to drive adoption of change and strengthen employee engagement while maintaining clear, concise

Competenze

• Genuine interest in how organizations change and how communication, engagement, and leadership help adoption of change.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to simplify complex information for employees.
• Proven experience in change management, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement.
• Digital confidence to assess and optimize digital channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across locations and levels.
• Strong coordination skills to organize town halls and keep multiple activities on deadline.
• Credibility to advise and coach senior leaders; discreet with confidential information.
