AutoStore System, Inc is seeking a part-time Change and Communications Manager to guide employees through organizational change and keep them informed across our global offices in Norway, France, and the UK.

The role focuses on developing a change playbook, shaping leadership narratives, coordinating town halls, intranet updates, and HR transformation communications, while balancing a 25-hour weekly schedule.

Competenze

• Proven experience in change management, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to turn complex information into clear employee communications.

Mansioni

• Develop an organizational change management playbook with communication and engagement at its core, including stakeholder mapping, journeys, key messages, channels, and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape engagement approaches for people leaders and executive management.
• Develop and execute global internal communications strategy, including key messages, channel framework, calendar, and cadence.
• Coordinate town halls, manage the internal communications calendar, and track sentiment.
• Support HR transformation communications and change plans in partnership with project managers.
