Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a Change Management Excellence Manager to drive strategic change across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager Change Management Excellence, you will lead, develop, and implement change strategies enabling adoption of key initiatives across functions.

In this 12-month, temporary role, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, shape governance frameworks, and measure adoption to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, organizational development, or business transformation.
• Certification in Prosci or ADKAR is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive and implement change management strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, Operations, and Communications.
• Develop governance, best practices, and structured change management frameworks.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and refine strategies.
