AutoStore is seeking a part-time Change & Communications Manager (25 hours/week) to guide organizational change, engage employees, and coordinate internal communications across global teams. The role includes building change capability, shaping leadership narratives, and supporting the HR transformation program.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management with impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, able to translate complex information into clear employee communications.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across stakeholders across locations.
• Digital confidence to optimize digital channels.

Responsabilités

• Organizational change management: develop a change management playbook with communications and engagement at its core; stakeholder mapping; persona-based journeys; key messages; channel selection; adoption measurement.
• Internal communications: develop and execute global internal communications strategy; leadership narrative; channel framework; communications calendar; cadence; assess and improve channels for change adoption; maintain guidelines/templates; coordinate all-employee town halls; manage calendar and pipeline; support engagement initiatives and culture-building activities; gather feedback and monitor usage.
• HR transformation: support change and communications plan for HR transformation, including impact assessments and stakeholder engagement with project managers.
