Job summary

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines in Ullensaker is seeking a proactive Station Support Coordinator to join our Passenger Services team. You will monitor passenger and flight activities, support daily operations, and coordinate solutions during disruptions.

Reporting to the Team Manager, this shift-based role requires strong coordination, knowledge of SAS Ground Handling products, and excellent Norwegian and English communication. Join us to help deliver safe, punctual and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in station operations or similar roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAS Ground Handling products and services.
• Solution-oriented with strong coordination capabilities.
• Ability to act decisively under pressure with situational awareness.
• Excellent communication in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to leaders and employees, ensuring coordinated delivery within the assigned area.
• Maintain updated knowledge of SAS Ground Handling's products, customer agreements, and SK and OAL guidelines.
• Contribute to communication and collaboration with Station Support and Passenger Recovery Centers.
• Coordinate a liaison with OAL during irregularities.
• Organize and execute effective IRR processes.
• Monitor traffic and passenger situations, plan proactively and implement measures to reduce irregularities.
• Support competence development internally and across areas, including assisting process and procedure optimization.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams, partners, airport authorities and subcontractors.
• Follow up on operational deviations, report equipment issues, and ensure procedural compliance.
