This high-performing, multidisciplinary team consists of software developers, data engineers, and data scientists. The team works across filtering and visualization of ultrasound data, quantification tools, UX and UI, AI-enabled workflow solutions, and application software.

No candidate is expected to be an expert in every area covered by the team. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, solid software-development experience, sound technical judgment, and the ability to understand complex topics, ask the right questions, and be a trusted discussion partner across disciplines.

• Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software developers, data engineers, and data scientists.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of four years of professional experience, including experience in software development and a solid understanding of software-engineering practices.
• Demonstrated people-management, project-leadership, or technical-leadership experience.
• Technical breadth and curiosity, with the ability to engage specialists and make sound judgments outside your primary area of expertise.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
