Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum four years of professional software development and leadership experience.
• Proven people-management, project-leadership, or technical-leadership background.
• Broad technical curiosity and ability to engage specialists outside core area.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Take ownership of product quality within the team's domain and drive corrective actions as needed.
