Job summary

GE HealthCare AS is hiring a Senior Software Developer – Connectivity & Security to design, implement, and maintain software for embedded ultrasound systems, cloud solutions and hospitalIT integrations. You will lead software activities across the full lifecycle, drive privacy and security improvements, and work with Product Line Leaders to translate product vision into secure, scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or software engineering or medical imaging
• Experience in C#/.NET and C++; knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy required
• Strong background in software architecture, SOLID design and agile practices
• Familiarity with Windows programming and DICOM standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and evolve software in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Improve connectivity and privacy & security capabilities of products
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct security risk assessments, threat modelling and testing
