Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2+ years in a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; willingness to mentor others.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
