You will influence architecture, design robust systems, and mentor engineers across product teams. You will work in a product-team context with cross-team collaboration, focusing on scalable, secure services and core infrastructure.

Norwegian language is an advantage; hybrid work is offered. The role emphasizes impact, cross-cutting challenges, and delivering maintainable solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience designing, developing, and operating scalable and secure systems
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, integrations, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Golang, Terraform, GCP, Kubernetes, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, or GitHub is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and system design that keeps our solutions scalable, secure, and easy to evolve
• Contribute hands-on to development and problem-solving for complex challenges
• Mentor and coach engineers and strengthen technical collaboration across teams
• Solve cross-cutting challenges involving integrations, networking, and infrastructure
• Improve technical standards, tools, and ways of working in the engineering environment
• Collaborate with product, design, and other disciplines with customers in mind
