Job summary

Voyago in London, ON is seeking a Full-Time Call Taker for our Inter-Community Shuttle Services. You will respond to calls promptly, assist with bookings and inquiries, and document information accurately for tracking and resolution.

Based in our main building at 573 Admiral Court, London, this in-office role requires strong English, calm under pressure, and customer-focused problem solving. Mondays through Fridays 7:00am–3:00pm, with benefits after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear speech.
• English language proficiency (B1 to C2).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Technical skills to use phone systems and computers confidently.
• Superior customer service abilities, including empathy and problem-solving.
• Multitasking and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with London and surrounding areas.
• Dispatch/call center/logistics experience (1–2 years).
• Availability Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls promptly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs (e.g., booking rides or addressing complaints).
• Accurately documenting information in the system for tracking and resolution.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
