Job summary

Workpact is seeking a ServiceNow technical architect to design, implement, and oversee ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business goals. You will lead customer sessions, guide best practices, and maintain strong knowledge of ServiceNow applications.

You will mentor consultants, participate in project planning, and develop client-facing collateral. Occasional travel to U.S. onsite meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years ServiceNow experience in two or more application areas (not ITSM/ITOM).
• Experience with architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer sessions to align business drivers with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Lead functional and technical design of ServiceNow deployments.
• Act as a technical architect on customer projects and coach team members on best practices.
• Mentor less experienced consultants on consulting and technical approaches.
• Assist in project planning to keep tasks moving and identify opportunities to help customers.
• Create client-facing collateral like workshop presentations and documentation.
