Job summary

Nord Pool, Europe’s leading power market, is seeking a Service Specialist for the Shared Services Team in Oslo. You will coordinate customer onboarding, handle change requests, and support CRM and master data updates while delivering service via tickets, phone and email.

You will map customer journeys, streamline back-office processes, present products with the sales team, and contribute to billing support. Fluency in Norwegian and English and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education completed or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IT systems for Service management, CRM and document control.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and streamlining business processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in both Norwegian and English.
• Interest and experience in use of AI tools.
• Knowledge and understanding of the power market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house onboarding of customers with the team.
• Handle customer change requests affecting subscriptions and services.
• Document control, archive responsibility, Master Data and CRM updates.
• Present and advise on products and services with sales and stakeholders.
• Deliver excellent customer service via ticket system, phone or email.
• Support with the billing process.
