Job summary

Gapit Nordics in Drammen seeks a Service Development Manager to grow the service organization by expanding the portfolio, establishing scalable processes, and ensuring readiness for new customers and sites.

You will translate the service strategy into concrete offerings, service levels, and documentation, while coordinating with engineering, delivery and workforce to drive growth and quality. You will also help define KPIs, tooling, and reporting across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management, service delivery or operations in a growing organization.
• Experience developing service offerings, service levels and service agreements.
• Strong process and structure orientation with scalable ways of working.
• Commercial understanding including costing, pricing input and business cases.
• Experience with service management tools, ticketing systems and support platforms.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, delivery, workforce and business development.
• Experience with KPI definition, performance follow-up and reporting.
• Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to change.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by customer responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Service Management in developing and growing the service organization on both the service and the operational side.
• Develop and maintain the service portfolio, including new service offerings, service levels and descriptions used in proposals.
• Build service processes, ways of working and documentation for scalable growth.
• Prepare operational readiness for new customers, sites and service agreements in collaboration with other teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base with Business Development.
• Develop service management systems and tooling to support scale and reporting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Delivery and Workforce to ensure new solutions are handover-ready for service.
• Define and track KPIs for service development and report results to Head of Service Management.
• Drive continuous improvement across service and operations based on feedback and issues.
• Contribute to competence planning, onboarding material and training needs.
• Contribute to costing, pricing input and business cases for new offerings.
