We are looking for an experienced Service Designer for Network Visibility (NV) who will shape how our logistics network operates end-to-end across systems, processes, and user interactions. This is not a traditional UX/Product Designer role. You will work deeply with business processes, operational workflows, and data flows, ensuring that Network Visibility solutions are not only user-friendly but also operationally effective, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. You will act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams, translating complex logistics workflows into clear, structured, and efficient service designs.
Network Visibility refers to the real‑time understanding and tracking of the movement of assets (e.g., vessels, cargo, shipments) across the logistics network.
The goal of Network Visibility is to ensure that all stakeholders (operations, planning, customers) have a consistent, reliable, and actionable view of the network.
This is not just a UX/Product Designer role.
