We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, craft, structure, and energy to the team. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating closely with others, and respectfully challenging ideas to help us reach better outcomes.

The role is based in Oslo, with a hybrid working model and an expectation to spend some days in the office for collaboration and workshops

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver polished, high-quality UI designs aligned with brand, product standards, and accessibility requirements

  • Design for scalable, consistent, and seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, including reusable components, patterns, documentation, and accessibility standards

  • Explore AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to speed up exploration, prototyping, testing, and design workflows where relevant

  • Plan and run usability testing, design reviews, experiments, and validation activities to improve solutions before and after release

  • Use data, analytics, research insights, and product metrics to guide decisions and measure impact

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, CRO, content, analytics, commercial stakeholders, and other designers

  • Advocate for user-centred design, accessibility, and strong product thinking across teams

What You Bring

  • Ability to translate complex requirements, constraints, and user needs into simple, elegant, and practical solutions

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly to different audiences

  • A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to respectfully challenge assumptions and help teams make better product decisions

  • An analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting user research, data, analytics, and product performance insights

  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach, someone who brings energy, curiosity, and good collaboration habits to the work
