Job summary

Norwegian seeks a Senior Manager Digital Governance Operations to join the Group Digital & Regulatory Governance function at Fornebu. You will lead governance across GDPR, NIS2, AI governance, supplier governance, and EASA interfaces in a global aviation group.

You will translate regulatory requirements into practical roadmaps, drive cross-functional initiatives, and develop dashboards and management reporting for governance forums. Flexibility to work from office and home is offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education in law, business, technology, risk management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in governance, regulatory affairs, compliance, risk, or related operations in a complex or regulated org.
• Experience turning regulatory requirements into practical roadmaps and actions.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into workflows, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve governance processes, follow-up structures, and ownership to scale solutions.
• Translate regulatory priorities into roadmaps, plans, processes, and follow-up structures across areas.
• Structure assessments of new initiatives across regulatory areas and drive pragmatic implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance matters and provide senior operational guidance.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and decision-support materials for management and governance forums.
• Act as the first operational coordination point for selected regulatory issues and incidents.
