Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to ensure the quality of Hivemind Enterprise, a software development kit that enables Shield AI and partners to create a new generation of unmanned systems and mission applications.

You will work with sponsors, product managers, designers and a cross-functional engineering team to lead on-time, on-quality software releases and to manage complex test automation and flight-test operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience delivering programs
• Proven track record of driving results, not just status updates
• Ability to identify efficiency gaps and prioritize remedies using cost-benefit analysis
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving goals in dynamic environments
• Willingness to be a reliable, trustworthy teammate and uphold high standards

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer engagement to define scope and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate regular stakeholder communication on status, challenges, and progress
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the program management team
• Support Shield AI's reputation for technical excellence through disciplined execution
