Job summary

Norwegian seeks a Senior Manager Digital Governance Operations to lead and mature its Group-wide governance capabilities across GDPR, NIS2, AI governance and related digital regulation. Based at Fornebu, you will drive structured, scalable processes and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic solutions.

You will oversee data, dashboards and reporting, turning regulatory priorities into actionable plans while managing parallel workstreams and ensuring timely escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Higher education in law, business, technology or risk management.
• Experience in governance, regulatory affairs, compliance, risk, operations, advisory or transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex matters.
• Experience turning requirements into workflows, roadmaps and plans.
• Comfort with dashboards, reporting and governance tools.
• Confidently communicating with senior stakeholders and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve governance processes, methods and follow‑ups, creating scalable solutions.
• Translate regulatory priorities into roadmaps, plans and processes across areas.
• Structure assessments for initiatives, gather stakeholders and drive implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional governance matters and provide senior guidance.
• Develop dashboards and decision‑support materials for management and forums.
• Act as the first coordination point for regulatory issues and incidents, managing documentation.
