Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead submarine cable projects and MV investments from planning to delivery in Norway. You will coordinate tenders, drive successful execution, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires an engineering degree, experience in project management or technical sales support, and fluency in English and Norwegian. International travel may be needed, with strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in project management, technical sales support, or engineering.
• Knowledge of cable monitoring, submarine cable systems, or power transmission.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Availability for occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submarine cable projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
• Support global tendering activities for submarine cable projects.
• Promote the value of monitoring solutions to customers, providing technical expertise and pre-sales support.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as an interface between customers, suppliers, and internal functions; ensure effective communication.
• Maintain customer records in Salesforce and stay informed on market trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
