Job summary

Muybridge is seeking a Principal Computer Vision Engineer to tackle the hardest problems in the field and steer technical direction. You will prototype novel approaches and turn ideas into production-ready algorithms, collaborating with a tight R&D team of 5–10 engineers and researchers.

You’ll advance research, calibrate and reconstruct scenes, and contribute to system-level decisions, with a focus on production-grade code and real-time performance across millions of screens.

Qualifications

• PhD in computer vision, robotics, cybernetics, or related field preferred; master with strong hands-on experience acceptable
• Many years at the frontier of computer vision in research or industry
• Deep expertise in multi-view geometry, 3D reconstruction, and related mathematics
• Track record of original contributions—papers, patents, or shipped systems
