Intellect, a leading AI-powered B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to guide enterprise clients through onboarding and deployment of the Intellect product suite. You will work with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into system design, and drive successful project milestones across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality policies, objectives, and concepts.
• Knowledge of CFW software and practices.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and CFR 21 Part 11 or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on Intellect product suite.
• Conduct onboarding of new customers.
• Strategically guide customers with implementation and launch.
• Train customers and team members on product suite.
• Translate requirements into system design and manage milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales teams.
