Qualifications

• Active International Coaching Federation Certification or equivalent.
• Skilled in various coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches.
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours.
• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation.
• Proficient in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching.
• Focus on sub-clinical cases like work stress and procrastination.
• Support clients in setting personal or career goals.
• Collaborate with internal clinical team to improve programs.
