Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts and manage supplier/sub-contractor enquiries.
• Prepare and issue contract documents to supply chain.
• Monitor changes in scope and pricing of variations.
• Manage monthly progress applications and sub-contractor accounts.
• Provide data analysis on issues & risks for management.
• Forecast cash flows and liaise with client and main contractor.
