Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project EHS Lead to oversee Health, Safety & Environmental leadership across major data centre construction programmes in Norway. You will partner with Project Directors, delivery teams and contractors to Foster a strong safety culture and compliance on site.

The role focuses on driving incident prevention, contractor audits, RAMS reviews, and ensuring highest safety standards on flagship hyperscale data centre projects while collaborating

Qualifications

• Extensive construction Health & Safety leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction legislation.
• Experience managing principal contractors and subcontractors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualifications.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide Health, Safety & Environmental strategy
• Promote a proactive, behavioural safety culture
• Ensure compliance with legislation and client requirements
• Lead contractor audits, inspections and safety tours
• Review RAMS, permits and lifting operations
• Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement
• Manage EHS KPIs and performance
• Deliver training and toolbox talks
• Partner with senior leadership to influence delivery and safety
