Job summary

Agoda in Oslo is seeking a Product Designer L2 / Senior Product Designer for Trip Marketing. You will shape cross-sell and recommendation experiences across touchpoints, partnering with engineers, researchers and product managers to create human, helpful, and scalable interactions.

This hands-on role requires setting UX strategy, driving complex design initiatives, and delivering intuitive experiences grounded in user needs. A strong portfolio and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time product design experience for digital or web-based products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving.
• Experience leading discovery to delivery in agile environments.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
