Job summary

You will design internal tools and workflows for logistics operations at Oda, focusing on systems used by operators and drivers in fulfillment centers. Collaborate with teams in Norway and Sweden to push the efficiency of the world’s most advanced grocery fulfillment network.

The role emphasizes a multi-dimensional design approach, combining software and hardware interactions, with a hands-on, office-based setup at the Oslo/Lier facilities and dynamic cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or service design
• Fluent English; intermediate Norwegian or Swedish is a strong plus
• Experience using AI as part of the design process
• Ability to prototype in Figma or directly in code
• Previous logistics experience is a plus
• Flexible schedule built around a healthy work-life balance
• Located in Oslo/Lier or collaboration across Oslo and Lier environments

Responsibilities

• Lead big projects from start to finish: idea through design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and launch with the Sourcing team
• Conduct UX research with operators and stakeholders in logistics
• Communicate and present your work to peers and stakeholders, showing process and impact
• Map and model complex, systemic workflows
• Design user interfaces and build prototypes in Figma or code
• Collaborate across disciplines to roll out changes from ideation to production
• Raise the bar for design in the team and expand logistics problem solving
