Dovre Solutions in Stavanger seeks a Senior / Principal Engineer – Process to perform and evaluate process simulations, carry out preliminary and detailed process design, and prepare P&ID, line lists and design reports for offshore oil and gas projects.

You will join multi-discipline teams, ensure compliance with NORSOK, PSA and API standards, and contribute to EPCIC, FEED and early studies using HYSYS, UniSim or Flarenet; Norwegian and English communication required.

Senior / Principal Engineer – Process – Stavanger

Function

• Perform and evaluate process simulations.
• Preliminary and detail process design.
• Calculation and dimensioning of piping, valves and process equipment.
• Prepare P&ID, line lists and design reports.
• Project work in multi discipline teams.

Requirements

Required Education:

• Master or bachelor degree in Chemistry or process related Engineering.

Required Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in process engineering within the Oil&Gas industry in the NCS.
• Experience with EPCIC, FEED and early study projects.
• Experience with process simulation tools such as HYSYS, UNISIM and/or Flarenet.
• Experience and knowledge of offshore process and utility system and process control.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, i.e. NORSOK, PSA, API standards etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Simulation competence (HYSYS, UniSim).
• Have good communication skills, orally and written, in Norwegian and English.
• Have a cooperative working attitude.
• Be systematic and accurate.
• Have high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements.
