Job summary

Tieto Banktech in Fornebu, Norway seeks a Presale Manager to bridge technology and business needs for banking customers. You will enable sales teams with architecture-informed narratives and AI-enabled solutions, shaping end-to-end propositions and proofs of concept.

In this role, you will drive RFP responses, coordinate stakeholders, and translate requirements into differentiated banking architectures, balancing security, cost, and delivery timelines. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of presales practices in banking/fintech environments.
• Experience in RFI/RFP processes and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled banking solutions, including LLMs and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop compelling solution narratives by engaging with prospective banking customers to uncover unmet business needs and opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into differentiated end-to-end solution architectures aligned with services and strategy.
• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring high-quality submissions and alignment with budgets and processes.
