Tieto Banktech invites a Business Analyst to join the Financial Crime Prevention Identity team in Bergen. You will translate regulatory and business needs into clear requirements, working with product, engineering, and QA to shape solutions in a highly regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and stakeholders to clarify needs, document requirements, and support design and testing. Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong ability to structure complex needs into clear requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Elicit and analyze customer, user, regulatory, and operational needs with root-cause focus.
• Map current and target processes, journeys, data needs, and improvement opportunities.
• Document clear, testable requirements understood by business and technology teams.
• Support decomposition of Features into Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assess options, constraints, impacts, and risks with clear trade-offs.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure shared understanding across stakeholders.
• Support test design and UAT, verify delivered behavior against requirements.
