Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join our construction and engineering projects in Norway. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, coordinate with teams, track progress, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a key role where your planning skills directly contribute to project success.

What You’ll Do

You will create and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and report on delays or risks. You’ll coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable, identify scheduling risks, and propose mitigation strategies. You will also manage planning tools, prepare reports, and support decision‑making to keep projects on track.

Who We’re Looking For

You are analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You are confident communicating schedules and progress, and can influence teams to meet project objectives.
