Job summary

Mercury, the European leader in construction solutions, seeks a Mechanical Project Manager for Kristiansand, Norway. You will liaise with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to drive on-site delivery, safety, QA, and timely risk management.

This role requires coordinating with BIM teams, managing subcontractors, and delivering projects to the highest standards. You will develop weekly progress reports, lead multidisciplinary mechanical packages, and ensure compliance with Mercury standards

Qualifications

• Ideally 8+ years experience in mechanical project delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with key project stakeholders (client design team, main contractor, suppliers, sub-contractors) to understand and support engineering requirements.
• Prepare and review information reports to ensure deadlines are met and project targets are achieved.
• Review drawings and BIM coordination; manage RFIs and ensure design information aligns with specifications and schedule.
