Job summary

Mercury GmbH is seeking a Senior Planner to lead planning across regional projects, using Primavera P6 for robust schedule architecture and critical path analysis. You will drive schedule health, KPI trends, and client reporting while ensuring compliance with standards and contract requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in planning within large-scale construction or data-centre environments, a strong command of EVM, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ planning and project controls experience in large-scale construction or data-centre projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from design to close-out.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and programme baseline control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning lifecycle across projects or portfolios as the senior planning authority.
• Develop and maintain schedules for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning using Primavera P6.
• Provide milestone, delay, and float analyses, and support management with risk-based forecasting.
• Implement and manage Earned Value Management frameworks where required.
• Monitor schedule performance, produce dashboards and progress narratives.
• Audit site progress and ensure schedule reflects on-site reality accurately.
