Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking two experienced Project Schedulers/Planners to support major data centre projects in Finland and Norway, based in Hamina or Skien. You will develop and manage detailed construction programmes and monitor milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong scheduling and risk analysis, and collaboration with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to keep programmes on track. Applicants must be based in Finland or Norway.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing detailed construction programmes.
• Strong ability to monitor progress and milestones.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed construction programmes.
• Managing project schedules throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress against programme milestones.
• Identifying delays, risks and programme impacts.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Producing schedule updates and progress reports.
• Supporting programme recovery and mitigation strategies.
