Job summary

Patchwork Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex NHS rostering and workforce management software deployments. You will manage enterprise-scale projects, build executive relationships, and mentor team members while driving delivery quality across Patchwork’s product suite.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced scale-up environment, balancing commercial and delivery priorities and coaching colleagues to adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise software implementation projects within SaaS environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering NHS rostering or workforce management implementations.
• Outstanding stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues.
• Strong documentation and governance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solution-minded with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale implementations to scope, budget and timeline.
• Coach and mentor the implementation team, sharing best practices and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate organizational hierarchies.
• Educate clients on use cases and ensure alignment with Patchwork solutions to deliver projects.
• Manage client expectations and provide clear progress updates on milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to unblock projects and improve delivery standards.
