Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects efficiently, coordinating development and testing to deliver customer requirements.
• Assess risks and issues, solve problems, and prioritize tasks through the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage customer communication and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage the ongoing commercial relationship with the client for Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones.
• Translate client requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct testing of feature and software updates.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client UAT.
