Toptemp AS is leading a permanent Mechanical Package Manager role for a major data center project in Northern Norway. You will own the mechanical package from installation through testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

The role demands extensive experience on large-scale construction, strong HVAC knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical management on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience delivering complex mechanical packages through installation, testing, and handover.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the mechanical package through installation, testing, commissioning, system completion, and final handover.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, site teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, progress, productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, plans, and technical solutions.
• Conduct inspections, resolve issues, and manage defects and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety requirements.
