Job summary

Toptemp invites applications for an Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical packages on major data centre projects in the Narvik region. You will oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining quality, safety and schedule adherence.

The role demands 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting and control systems, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or management of electrical contracts/packages.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting and control systems.
• Experience with BIM and digital construction management platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure schedules, quality requirements and HSE standards are met.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve electrical designs and modifications.
• Reject non-conforming work and implement corrective actions.
• Stop work for serious safety violations and drive improvements.
• Support final testing, commissioning and handover of electrical installations.
