Ikm Gruppen AS is seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer to lead design activities and manage instrument procurement packages for greenfield offshore oil & gas or wind projects. You will act as Package Responsible Engineer, coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in offshore or wind instrumentation, plus at least 3 years in PRE roles, and a strong ability to collaborate across disciplines in multicultural teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in engineering for greenfield offshore oil & gas or wind projects.
• At least 3 years of PRE activities.
• Deep knowledge of field instrumentation design, measuring principles, and standards (NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, IEC).
• Strong multidisciplinary understanding and cooperative working attitude.
• Systematic, accurate, and proactive approach with a high commitment to deadlines and quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.

Mansioni

• Lead instrument design and follow up on instrument package vendors.
• Act as Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for instrument procurement packages, including participation in IAT/FAT test activities.
• Review and follow up on vendor technical documentation.
• Identify and communicate required vendor information to ensure project progress.
• Prepare and complete engineering documents and data registers.
• Maintain and update technical and document data registers.
