Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS in Norway is seeking a skilled Project HSSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, security, environment and quality activities across the project lifecycle. The role combines office work with site visits and requires strong leadership and practical HSSEQ know-how.

You will develop and implement project-specific HSSEQ plans, coordinate with management, suppliers, and contractors, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulations and client

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of HSSE and Quality standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001).
Understanding of project management and risk management.
English as working language.
5+ years of experience in industrial projects.
Experience with supplier fabrication and construction activities.
Experience with quality assurance, surveillance, and control.
LEAN experience and mindset are advantageous.
Practical experience with HSE and quality responsibilities.
Start-up experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead HSSEQ activities across project lifecycle to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
Develop and maintain HSSEQ plans, procedures, and management systems.
Provide HSSEQ leadership and promote a proactive safety culture.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and KPI reporting.
Lead incident investigations and lessons learned.
