You will manage international subsidiaries, employee equity programs, and financing, while translating complex legal matters into practical guidance to enable rapid, compliant growth across markets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in securities law and corporate governance.
• Experience managing international subsidiaries and complex transactions.
• Familiarity with employee equity programs and venture financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global securities law compliance and corporate governance for a late-stage private company.
• Manage the international subsidiary structure, board meetings, records, and local compliance.
• Support board governance with agendas, materials, and record-keeping of decisions.
