Jobgether is seeking a Founders Associate based in Norway for a fully remote role with a fast-growing social content agency serving brands across the DACH market. You will work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations, owning high-impact projects across multiple business functions.

This role offers significant autonomy from day one, opportunities to streamline processes, and a path toward leadership roles as the company scales.
