Emerson is seeking a Field Sales Engineer (Instrumentation) to drive growth across Norway and central Sweden, with base in Porsgrunn or other major Norwegian offices. You will promote products and solutions for the Chemical, Pulp and Paper industries, building direct customer relationships and executing the company’s growth strategy.

You will travel to key accounts, align offers with customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

• Promoting products and services across the assigned sales area
• Visiting key accounts and prospects to assess potential and strengthen relationships
• Understanding customer drivers and staying current with their business needs
• Preparing annual booking budgets by product, value and period
• Submitting call plans, analyses and reports with timely accuracy
• Reporting sales plans and project potential through CRM updates
• Liaising with internal teams to prioritize quotations and maintain service levels
• Participating in relevant industry events
