Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and city launches across Europe.

The role requires coordinating Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure vehicles stay safe, available, and deployment-ready while meeting operational KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or related fields.
Proven experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
Ensure vehicles are safe, available, and deployment-ready; manage fleet availability and KPIs.
Lead shift planning, dispatch, and 24/7 operations coverage.
Develop and implement SOPs for autonomous vehicle operations; promote safety culture.
Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards; escalate risks with mitigation plans.
