Job summary

TSMG Holding in Oslo is seeking a Depot Specialist to support the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will help ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment from a dedicated depot.

This hands-on role suits organized individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Training will be provided, and you will coordinate with Safety Operators and Technicians to keep depots safe and efficient across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• No previous experience with autonomous vehicles is required – training will be provided.
• Role requires hands-on work, high organization, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations; ensure cleaning, charging, inspection and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging and staging; assist with dispatch and return processes.
• Perform basic vehicle checks for tire, lighting, fluids, charging equipment and overall condition; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories, PPE, and equipment; report replenishment needs.
