Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Depot Specialist to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment from a dedicated depot, while coordinating movement, charging, and staging to maintain fleet readiness.

This hands-on role requires strong organization and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for AV specifics and safety standards across multiple European cities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience with autonomous vehicles required; training provided.
• Candidates should be hands-on, organized and able to operate in a fast-paced depot.
• Willingness to work in a European, multi-city setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging at the depot.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and escalate issues to technicians as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories, and PPE.
