Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure procedural compliance, and intervene safely when needed.

No prior autonomous vehicle experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. Opportunity to work with advanced AV technologies across Europe.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license required.
• Minimum five years driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving.
• Comfortable with extended driving in urban/highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with precision.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes ensuring compliance with local regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure readiness.
• Verify vehicle cleanliness and inspect cameras, sensors, and critical systems.
• Report damage or abnormal vehicle behavior to depot/tech teams.
• Record disengagements, observations, and events for reporting tools.
• Assist engineering by documenting situations that improve autonomous driving systems.
