Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with strong experience in offshore oil & gas or wind projects. You will follow up instrument packages, participate in PRE activities and ensure vendor documentation meets project needs.

The role requires deep knowledge of field instrumentation design, adherence to NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL and IEC standards, and effective communication in a multicultural team. Visa support and exclusive staff benefits are provided.

Assignment Description

Instrument design and follow up of instrument packages vendors.

Package responsible engineer (PRE) for instrument procurement packages. Participate in test activities IAT/FAT.

Follow up Instrument vendors and vendor technical documentation.

Ensure that vendor information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the project.

Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers.

Update of technical and document data register.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 6-8 years’ experience from engineering for greenfield offshore oil&gas or wind projects

Minimum 3 years’ Experience with PRE activities and responsibilities from green field projects

Experience and deep knowledge of field instrumentation design, measuring principle and solutions according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL and IEC
